Not aware of any changes, however the ECB never publish any
promotions anymore unfortunately so it will be difficult to tell
until the season gets underway. Last season, Simon Widdup and
James Tredwell were seemingly promoted but it was never
announced anywhere.
As these pre-season fixtures are not first-class matches, they
do sometimes feature umpires from the list below so can�t read
too much into it at this stage.

No changes to the Professional Umpires Team for 2025.
There is no longer a Reserve List and a First Class List.
Just one Team.
Some highly rated National Panel (the group below the PUT), are
standing in some of these friendlies to give them experience of
umpiring a higher level.
