I never met Jeff Bray when he was an active referee but did |
|
encounter him when attending the FA Referees' Instructors |
|
courses at Lincoln in the early 1990s. Jeff was - I believe - |
|
one of the senior tutors; a quite earnest man but with a dry |
|
sense of humour. RIP. |
