CGI Compertition

I would like some feed back on this idea.
I am thinking of running a competition within CGI. Anyone that
can recruit, the most amount of people into CGI in a one month
period will win a $30.00 voucher for Steam. What do you all
think? I will buy the voucher so that its not resting upon Mr
Loop. (That's $30.00 Australian dollars).
Mr Loop can inform me who the winner is and I will purchase that
person the voucher. What are your thoughts?

My only thoughts are;
1. Is it only for participants with original key?
2. server PB on/off?
3. About time frame/difference of the participants?
4. Promod/normal?

Its to encourage others to join CGI as a clan. Not as in a open
competition against each other, such as a scrim. Scrim
competitions & prizes will come later.

It would be great if we had our promod server soon on so we
could do a tournament and this will attract alot of people.
