GUID checks on new admin |

I am curious as to what background checks are done for people |
|
that purchase admin rights for TDM server? What stops cheaters |
|
purchasing admin? Are their GUIDs being scanned thru PBban |
|
master ban index or by CoD4 GUID Database search? What is to |
|
stop a player who has hacks from being listed as a admin? |
|
I ask because I specked a player today who's playing style was |
|
extremely suss, just to discover that he had a higher admin |
|
level than myself! So even if I could prove that he was |
|
cheating, I would of been unable to remove him due to the B3 |
|
level that he held. |
|
My personal feelings on the ability of anyone wishing to |
|
purchase admin is this. Its not going to work as some noobs will |
|
purchase admin. Saying that thou, I can also understand why |
|
owners of any server don't want to carry the costs of running a |
|
server. This is where in other clans, server costs are usually |
|
picked up my owners/ clan members that understand that servers |
|
are not for free. These are usually the members that are |
|
promoted into admin as they are the ones that contribute with |
|
the running costs of the clans various costs. |
|
With CGI anyone can purchase admin. Its a strange concept. Great |
|
idea to have ones costs covered but I am doubtful as to the |
|
practicality of such an idea. |

Wait People are able to purchase admin power??? I never heard |
|
anything like that before isnt a clan suppose to recruit people |
|
who are playing the game legit not by using hacks or any sort of |
|
programs? |

That's my point oro123. Anyone can purchase admin for only $6 a |
|
month. As I have said, its is a great way to cover clan costs, |
|
but what sought of checks are in place to stop a player who has |
|
a history of cheating from purchasing admin? |
