	The enemy railroad dot/circle seem to touch the railrow lines on
	the minimap more heavily than other base types, i remember so.
	Railways base dot is like a circle that touches 2 lines but if
	it is not a railways base then it does not touch both lines but
	rather floats arobe the upper line.
	I remember so.

	An example bigger minimap picture:
	1. Your Home Base is the green dot with letter "H" inside in the
	South area of the map.
	It has white smaller dots inside the base dot, those are your
	vehicles near the base.

	2. That is an enemy tank base North from you. Your Home Base is
	close to that enemy neighbour and makes it visible to you.
