What's the point?

Recently I've been wondering, what's the point of life? There
are many ups and downs, and some of the downs are horrible! I
like to say, "life is death," because first you don't exist,
then your parents do the thing, life is made, you start out as
one cell, then start duplicating, you grow, you're born, you
live your life, and eventually you die! Other loved ones die
too, and you could become depressed, and cry for hours straight,
like I did when my dog died!
I only had my dog for a year and nine months! We grew soooooo
close during that short amount of time, and I was at an acro
competition, and at the end my mom told me my dog Jake died from
a cancerous tumor, and I wish we brought him to the doctor
sooner, because if we did, we could of saved him! Jake knew how
to play hide and seek!!!!! Jake died on the weekend of the last
week of school in 2019, and I was so busy that weekend that I
didn't have to do my homework. I really miss him! I love
watching videos of him! I have a picture on my chromebook that I
took of him a long time ago! I really wish I had him back! I
still cry every once in a while. I am scared to loose my mom,
dad, or sister, because they are even closer, since I've been
with them my whole life! My grandpa died and my mom was crying a
lot, and she cries every once in a while. I am super protective
of my sister because I don't want to lose her! Life and death
are so confuzzling! Is there anyone who feels the same?
I would of probably killed myself, if I didn't have my family,
friends, and if it wasn't painful. It affects people when people
die, so if you are thinking of committing suicide, don't, many
people are affected by it, even if it doesn't seem like it,
instead of committing suicide, I would just stay in my room with
things to keep me busy, and only come out to go to the bathroom,
or to get food, if you don't have any in your room, it will just
give you a break to have a little more time to yourself, not
having to deal with stress.
Another thing you can do is practice mindfulness! It really
helps! All you have to do is find a comfortable spot to lay
down, with your arms either to your side where they naturally
fall, one hand on your heart, and one hand on your stomach to
feel your breathing, up next to your head, kind of like a
cactus, or look up some other mindfulness poses! After you do
that, you need calming music, instrumental would be good, not
guitar though, or any other instruments like that, piano and
orchestra are good, or you can listen to one of those
mindfulness videos with the guiding through the mindfulness,
many celebrities practice mindfulness, like Ellen Degeneres, and
Lebron James! If you are feeling stressed, need some happiness,
ect. mindfulness is good for that stuff! I really recommend it!

What's the point of life? That's up to you. It's what you make
of it, especially when you're an adult.
You're limited now, while you're still underage, but you'll have
a lot more freedom, a lot more choices when you're an adult.
Yes, there are sad times (especially when we lose a loved one -
that's the worst) but there can be good times too.
Knowing that life can end at any time is a reminder for us to
appreciate the loving, caring people in our life - to enjoy the
good times. 😉
