| I'm stronger! | |

| Hi! I had taekwondo, and once a year they do this extremely hard | |
| workout! I did it on Wednesday, and my body has been hurting | |
| ever since then, but it's fine. The workout includes 78 pushups, | |
| 78 sit ups, 500 punches, and a bunch of leg burning things that | |
| made me feel like my legs were literally burning off! It hurt so | |
| bad! But I got stronger from it! I did taekwondo when I was | |
| little, then I took a break, and I am starting again! It was | |
| only my third day back when they did it! But now I am way | |
| stronger than before! | |

| into the extensive workout - ouch! | |

| Thx! Now today, my arms and legs aren't hurting, but now it's | |
| like all that pain went to the muscles right above my stomach, | |
| so every once in a while, I have to get up and move around, it | |
| hurts constantly! | |

| You're welcome. Maybe try to get as much rest as you can and | |
| drink lots of fluids (to flush out the buildup of lactic acid in | |
| your muscles). 🤗 | |
