Bio: Just like his brother, Ryu served in the same army as his |

brother but becuase he was born without a tail, he could never |
|
advance beyond a foot soilder. When word came to him that his |
|
brother tail was cut off he left the army to be with him. |

I am okay with the powers, as long as you understand that they |

are limited to your current ability. If i see if going past |
|
that, I will step in. |

I take it from your redistribution of stats that there is a |
|
transformation? What will that look like, and what do you |
|
expect the change in abilities to be? I need to know this |
|
before i will approve this |

Finally, your person may not want to talk about his past, but |
|
that little amount of backstory is troubling to me. I need more |
|
before i will approve this as a student character. |
