	Kivenas' house.

	An tradition japanese house owned by Niha Ichihara and Yume
	Kasai.
	Contains three story houses with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one
	kitchen and a diner areas. Living room and store room. A study
	room for Niha to studies magics items and such. A magic room for
	magics trainings. Traditional and modern japanese gardens tended
	mostly by Yume. A treasures rooms where they stores magical
	items and treasures, protected by a seal where no one shall
	enters without Niha or Yume's permission. His house is protected
	by charms made by Yuuko, so any damages to it will be
	unaffected,.

	Niha sats in the living room, reading news when she notice
	Kesia(baby phoenix) and Ceto(baby Chocobo) plays around by
	flying, with Ceto learnings how from Kesia, he watches Yume
	giggling at the sight as they waits for Freya and Lycus who are
	suppose to come today.

	Freya knocked on the door, one arm wrapped around Lycu while the
	other went to fix his hair. "Come on Ly it isn't so bad, don't
	sulk." she chided gently.

	He knocked her hands away "I don't wanna live here. His scent is
	here and I don't want you at home with just Yukio as
	protection." he said before adding "And I am not sulking." he
	crossed his arms and felt Nox nuzzle his neck.

	Yume heard the knock and went to answer. "Yes hello? Freya-san!
	And this must be Lycus, it very nice to meet you, and hello cute
	fox spirit." She smiles, petting the fox, due to living with
	Niha for awhile and having connections, she was able to see
	spirits too. "Come in come in! I will go get teas ready, Niha is
	in the living room." She said as she ran into the kitchen to
	start making teas for 4.

	She smiled, forcibly tugging her brother along with her as she
	made her way to the living room "Wow this place is beautiful!'
	she said, pincing her brother when she heard him grumble
	negatively. Seeing Niha she smiled and waved to him.

	Niha waved back as Ceto and Kesia notice the two, he spoke up.
	"Ah... hey Freya, Lycus, and Nox." He smiles at them and put his
	newpapers down with Kesia flies over to Freya and licks her
	face, remembering her while Ceto chrips at the two. "Yes it is
	beautiful, I glad you like it, Please have a seat!" he said,
	pointing to the cushions across the table, he tilt his head at
	Lycus who choose to sit away from him. "What up with that boy, I
	still don't know why he doesn't like me..."

	Yume hums to herself as she finally finish teas and enters the
	living room with it. She notice Lycus sitting away from them and
	the glaring but didn't mind too much. "Here you go, hope you
	like the tea, Lycus." She as as she hand him the teas, she hand
	the teas to Freya and Niha and sat down the table, drinking hers
	as kesia settles herself in a bed Yume made, wtih ceto cuddles
	with her.

	She sighed "Try not to take it to heart..Lycus has animosity for
	everyone who isn't family." she said, giggling softly as her
	face was licked. She sipped her tea and smiled "This is really
	good Yume!"
