Freya sat in the middle of a clearing in the forest, watching |
|
the fires of the forest flicker around her as she crossed her |
|
legs. She looked at the remnants of her last mission, bloody |
|
piles of clothes, and tossed them into the flames to watch them |
|
burn away. She let some of the flames dance around her |
|
fingertips as her free hand absently traced the black mask in |
|
her lap while she thought of a few things. |
