I click ATTACHMENTS, but nothing meaningful happens.

You need a file hosting site such as flickr , upload your pic
and copy and paste the img code of the pic and paste into the
text box and hey presto the pic should appear, the ollr site
does not allow hosting of your own pics but will allow the img
code as the pic is hosted on another site.

I was surprised how easy it was to post pics.
Open a free account at Flickr, upload pic' from your PC. Once on
the Flickr site click on the 'img' link and drag it to this page
via the open tab on your 'puta.
Simples. It was honest !

A lot of us used to use Photobucket, for free, but then the
basta.rds started trying to charge money so everyone fu.cked
them off.
