	[html] <br>Managers will be able to pay a fee to send a
	scout to look for a suitable player to sign for their
	team.<br> Scouting can only be done within the first 12
	league matches<br> Only <span style="font-weight:
	bold;">ONE</span> player can be scouted per season
	though.<br> The cost of the initial scout is
	�20,000,000.<br> The basic scout will be aged 25 with a mian
	rating of 12 and both secondaries set to
	2.<br> <br> <span style="color: green;">(Excluding
	goalkeepers who will be rated a skill higher<br>and have
	ALL secondary skills set to 1 and this cannot be
	increased)</span><br> <br> This basic player can then be
	adjusted by the manager in the
	following ways:<br> <br> Reduce the age of the
	player - <span style="font-weight: bold;">2,500,000 per
	age</span> (minimum age allowed is 16)<br> You can also
	increase the age of the player, which will allow a
	higher main rating<br> and reduce the cost of the
	scouted player.<br> For every age increase above 26 it will
	reduce the cost by <span style="font-weight:
	bold;">�3,000,000 per age</span>.<br> <br> Increase the
	players main skill (upto a maximum of 4 can be

	Reduce the age of the player to 16 = 22.5
	Add secondaries up to 5 and 10 = 5.5
	Increase the rating to 13 = 10
	Total = 58
