	I�m gonna have to get myself sent off more often! Having gone
	1-0 up and having a perfectly good second goal disallowed, I
	offer my constructive feedback to the referee who sends me off
	to the stands!!!
	Still this galvanised the team who improved on our 2-2 draw away
	to Gyergyoi last time out to take 3 points and a convincing
	performance.
	We edge back up to 4th in the league.
	Despite signing a new contract and publicly saying he was
	settled and did not want to move, Helsinki Hellhounds continue
	to persist in their pursuit of Ady Saunders with 3 further
	offers landing in 20 minutes.
	Skittles wondered how many of their first team knew they were
	being bandied around at a whim, but we�ve offered to install a
	revolving door at the Hellhounds training ground and to send all
	of their first team squad an emergency accommodation survival
	kit for when they find themselves unexpectedly homeless.

	Golden Eagles FC won a very cagey affair away to Highland
	Rangers at Windmill Lane on a wet and windy Saturday evening.
	The 1-0 scoreline reflected the mood of the game, despite Eagles
	having 12 shots (5 on target) compared to Rangers with 6 shots
	(only 1 on target). The away side also dominated with possession
	(68/32) and had more key passes.
	Pavel Chernyshev scored in the 7th mintue, after a lovely pass
	from fellow striker Jans Goisthalt. However, a 10th minute
	injury to Eagles' number 1, Kamil Uzbaezanov meant they had to
	adopt a slightly more defensive play style. He was replaced by
	young Irish stopper, Kieran Mane on only his 2nd appearance of
	the season.
	Eagles still had some great chance to extend their lead in the
	first half; Min So Jouy's probing pass almost found
	PavelChernyshev, but was well cleared and Anders Limt's shot
	went narrowly wide.
	Eagles had appeals for a penalty ignored by the ref in the 65th
	minute after Jans Goisthalt was knocked to the floor by Stan
	Ravrock, but the ref waved play on!
	Zandor Steele was instrumental in keeping the score only at 0-1,
	denying Jans Goisthalt and Angelo Nazari late on. At the other
	end, Eric Van Oist was imperious on his return from suspension,
	snuffing out the danger on 5 occasions. His defensive
	performance was rewarded with the Man of the Match.
	When asked about Kamil Uzbaezanov's injury, Dave Rosewell said
	"It doesn't look as bad as we first feared and we expect him to
	be fit in time for the quarter finals game against Kyushu
	Yakuza."
	"We put in a good performance today, not our best, but
	considering it was our 2nd away game in less than a week and we
	lost Kamil early on, I am happy to get the 3 points."
	Going into the Christmas break, Eagles remain in 4th, but are
	now only 3 points behind Robbaillie Escocia, who dropped down to
	3rd with defeat against Helsinki Hellhounds. Hellhound move up
	to 2nd and Cockney Cockrells are now top.

	Overview
	Helsinki came out victorious in this match against promotion
	rivals Robbaille Escocia, grabbing an early goal and then
	grinding down their opponents as they dominated the game and
	didn't give Escocia a sniff of getting a result. The 4 - 0
	victory was all the more impressive given the fitness issues
	that the club had heading into the game and the early goals
	allowed them to bring off the more tired players and protect
	them ahead of their up coming cup game against Rael Nerrad.
	Victory moved Helsinki into second place in the league, just
	behind Cockney Cockrells.
	How they lined up
	Hellsinki set up with a five man defence including debuts for
	recently signed Mason Paint and Craig Cluster, the latter
	actually coming from Robbaillie prior to having his stats
	decimated following the game courtesy of some pesky elves! So 5
	at the back, 4 in midfield and just Laszlo Kiss starting up top.
	Escocia went for their 4 3 1 2 with passing tactic, their tried
	and tested formula that has helped them to the top of the tree
	this season with numerous victories.
	Match action
	Goals change the course of games and we have no doubt that the
	5th minute opener was key to the outcome of today's match. Kiss
	played in Honest who did the rest and sent the home fans into
	delirium with an early goal. The manager then somewhat
	inexplicably took off star forward Kiss in the 6th minute!!! A
	clear error in his tactical preparations. But fortunately it
	didn't cost the team.
	On 18 minutes, the ever impressive Prittwick grabbed a second
	goal and by the time Evans played in Hont for the third on 22
	minutes the game was all but up. 3 - 0 to the Hellhounds.
	Into the second half and Honest set up Evans who scored to add
	to his impressive season. 4 - 0 and the points were wrapped up.
	By the end of the game, a subdued Robbaillie had just two
	attempts and only one on target. The prolific Hellhound attack
	returned an incredible 4 goals from just 10 shots. Another hot
	day in front of goal for the Helsinki attack. Coach Jari
	Litmanen has really earned his stripes following his
	appointment.
	Manager's comment
	This was our most controlled performance of the season. We got
	the early goal which can be crucial and then we managed the game
	superbly from there. I'm so pleased for the lads. We were on our
	knees after extra time and going out on penalties in midweek, so
	to bounce back like this is excellent. Simply a top drawer
	performance. We can go into the Christmas break truly content
	with our performances. I think that is now six league games on
	the spin. Fantastic.
	Man of the match
	Contenders:
	1) Guam Honest's triple with 1 tackle, 1 assist and 1 goal
	2) Reece Evans' triple with 1 tackle, 1 assist and 1 goal
	3) Laszlo Kiss' 1 assist across 6 minutes of football
	With 54% of the vote the award went to Reece Evans for another
	outstanding performance, edging out Honest who got 40% of the
	vote. Well done to Evans.

	Highland Rangers 0 - 1 Golden Eagles FC
	Highland once again fail to get their first win of the league
	season with a 1 goal defeat at home to Golden Eagles. The score
	line is a little flattering to the home side as they were well
	out played in this game a a larger margin of defeat would not
	have been unfair. The home team only managed 1 shot on target
	all game and never really looked likely to score.
	The club will be a little worried as a small section of the home
	support booed the team of the ground and up until now the fans
	have stayed loyal to the team. The chairman has stated that the
	manager has the complete support of the board.
	White in his after match interview was not pulling any punches
	say the team need to improve there performances as what he saw
	out there today was just not good enough and the fans deserved
	more. He said the team would be called in tomorrow four some
	extra training.
