I think that woutbe clumsy to use in practice? If you add a big |
|
log, a person drives along it to make short logs, but how do you |
|
lift the log of of dirt? Perhaps if a person added forks on the |
|
front end?? |

I don�t think they found it "clumsy" when compared to a manual |
|
saw, which most likely was the only other real option when this |
|
picture was taken, to cut down logs to fit in the sawmill. |
