Is this bearing assembly available from a bearing supply or is
it a Guzzi item only.

Have you checked the number from the parts list?
I think it's 92 20 14 25, in which case it's a:
(from thisoldtractor):
Inside diameter: 25 mm
Outside diameter: 62 mm
Width: 17 mm
Here are various cross-references:
FAG 6305
SKF 6305

Check the parts list though; I'm not sure I have that right!

The bearing I need is a three piece assembly, the outer race
fits in the center of the clutch hub/gear, the inner race fits
on the transmission main shaft and a needle bearing in the
middle. I can get the bearing, but not the races so far.

None of the above. In my parts book it is shown with the clutch
parts. I think item 12 and 14 is the inner race and the
bearing. The outer race is not shown and may be part of the hub.
Adventure Rider site, page 40 ,#787, fifth picture down, has a
good shot of the inner bearing race on the input shaft.

I'm an idiot; I was looking at the wrong page; the clutch is
shown in 2 places in the parts book, and the one I was looking
at doesn't show the bearing, so I assumed it was on the casing
bearings page. Sorry....
The needle roller is available in Belgium:

but is much
cheaper from SMS

http://www.smotos.de/Ersatzteile/Nuove%20Falcone/Motor-GetriebeTeile_Werkzeug_N…
/>who helpfully tell us it's a 32 x 38 x 20, so you should be ab
le
to get it from your local bearing shop:

If it's a standard inner race, you should be able to get it from
the same place, if you measure up, or from SMS (10 08 38 01).
Here's a 28x32x20:

NO, You are not, just a little mistake. The outer race has a
flange on the outside and that seems to be the problem finding
one at a bearing supply here. I will check with the places you
mentioned and see if they can help. Thanks for your help!!

Good luck; as you inferred previously, as it's not shown on the
parts list, it may well be part of the clutch hub itself,
although that would be surprising if it can be detached from the
hub.
Looking again at the parts diagram, not only is the outer race
not shown separately from the hub, but the hub and primary gear
were sold only as a matched pair, on a single part number.
Does the outer race look like it's designed to be removed (e.g.
circlip, etc.)?
If not, potentially it could have been cast into the hub, in
which case it's not going anywhere.
Is it in really poor shape?

The race is removable on mine. It appears that it was defective
when it was installed. There is a low spot on the inside edge of
the race, approximately 20mm x 10mm that the bearing doesn't
contact. I would guess it warped during the heat treating or
something.

I suppose if the worst comes to the worst, you could have one
ground and hardened from bar stock. Is it just a flanged bush?
Photo would be nice, so we can all anticipate a similar fate...
