Yes, as long as the naval base is simply a defensive base for |
|
protecting other states, your state, and the confederacy as a |
|
whole (My millitary ideals). I don't want to be a part of a |
|
secret millitary operation as I am a friendly state who wishes |
|
to have peace. |
