| --------------------------------------------------------- | |
| Gondor's representative Ham Wesley is calling for a session of | |
| Congress to contemplate possible amendments to the Constitution. | |
| Such amendments could include the clearing up of certain | |
| provisions of the document which may seem vague. | |

| This would not remove the spirit of the original document, but | |
| rather place the rights back into the state's hands and away | |
| from the federal government's. It would remove the President's | |
| ability of executive action and would allow states to nullify | |
| any law it wishes. | |

| the states. | |

| This is up for discussion and IS NOT THE LAW OF THE LAND. This | |
| was the constitution of the UCA, which is currently | |
| non-existent. Changes can be made but I think this would help | |
| out alot in making differences in the community. | |
