The Antebellum Party stands as a Conservative Party for the
people. To create a fair balance in Congress.
Gun Control:
The Antebellum Party understands the right to bear arms is
inherent in the right to individual self defense, the defense of
the family, protection of private property and the preservation
of traditional hunting rights.
Immigration:
The Antebellum Party supports immigration policies that are
enforceable, pass Constitutional muster and do not reward or
encourage lawlessness. Antebellum Party Immigration Policy makes
a clear distinction between people who legally immigrate to
states of the NCSA by following all State and Confederal
immigration laws and regulations (Immigrants) and those who
cross our borders without regard for those requirements (Illegal
Immigrants).
Promote Economic Prosperity:
The Antebellum Party promotes economic growth through trade with
other states. Boosting state economy through a fair balance of
inports and exports. Increasing minimum wage for workers.
Reviewing taxes and removing archaic taxes that do not benefit
the citizens of the NeoConfederate States of America.
Security/Defence:
The Antebellum Party believes in a proactive military and
defence. Supports building weapons and technology that serve to
protect each state.
Require a Balanced Budget:
The Antebellum Party will continue to push to require Congress
to enact a Balanced Budget annually.
Life Begins at Conception and Ends at Natural Death:
Human life is natures continuum which begins at fertilization
and is not interrupted until natural death. Unless where one
would commit a crime in a state that is punishable by the death
penalty.
Nukes:
The Antebellum Party opposes the production of nuclear weapons,
the use of nukes, the trading of nukes or material that can be
used to create a nuclear bomb. The Antebellum Party believes
peace can not happen if nations hold these weapons. While we
cannot force a state to give up their nukes, we feel with proper
education and Regional harmony they may destroy them.
State rights:
The Antebellum Party believes every state has the right to opt
out of passed laws in the NCSA Congress that may infringe on
their political, religious and civil rights. Or may impact
their economy or way of life that would have negative not
positive results for the state.
Judicial System:
The Antebellum Party support judical reform. Justices appointed
to the NCSA Supreme Court should not have the position for life
but rather 2 terms where they will be than up for renewal.
Heatlhcare
The Antebellum Party believes all citizens are entitled to at
least basic health care. We feel the government needs to help
fund Public Hospitals for all citizens. We also believe in the
existence of Private Hospitals for citizens who are able to pay
the fees to also receive a high level of healthcare. We believe
Private Hospitals and healthcare help ease the hospital waiting
lists of public hospitals who would predominantly deal with
lower income earners while Private hospitals would operate for
the wealthy and the elite.
