Spartan Police Arrests Foreigners |

The Spartan State Police has announced they arrested four |
|
citizens from an unknown state. They ask this state to come |
|
forward because the offenders crime is they were caught dealing |
|
and in possession of controlled substances. King Spartacus says |
|
in a news statement, "This is a terrible thing. We have arrested |
|
four people under unknown names. We have released pictures in |
|
the news in hope that the home state's they live in will inform |
|
us the names. Sadly, these four people will be held on trial and |
|
if convicted, execution is the punishment for dealing and using |
|
controlled substances." |
|
OOC: This is another issue that a state can take responsibility |
|
for the foreigners and we can RP this strenuous situation. |

|

"They entered via a private jet. Because of airport rules the |
|
jet wasn't inspected because they weren't staying. We have |
|
security footage of these people leaving the plane and slipping |
|
past security into the state. Now, Spartan punishment for their |
|
crime is death. They are to be tried tomorrow morning." |
