| NSCA meets with UCA | |
| By: Bamivo Date: August 8, 2015, 2:32 pm | |
| --------------------------------------------------------- | |
| The President of the UCA Has left with his guards to White | |
| Mountain National Forest to meet in a small old church with the | |
| current president of the NCSA. He arrived just minuets ago in | |
| good spirits and had this to say to one reporter. | |
| [center] | |
| https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/75/Bronisław_Komorowski_v… | |
| " I have faith that we can come together and find some ground | |
| between both of our causes. I hope that the NCSA comes in with | |
| an open mind and realizes that this is not a fight over land or | |
| wealth. This is not about power, this is about protecting state | |
| rights. We are not only fighting for the futures of the children | |
| in the UCA, we are fighting for all the right of the nations | |
| even in the NSCA who have not realized the theft of their own | |
| rights that have taken place. Right now we may be seen as | |
| rebels, but tomorrow we will be looked at as patriots. " | |

| The President of the NCSA has just arrived at white mountain | |
| national forest with 12 armed troops of the Elite Guard. He | |
| arrived with a look of determination on his face, and a grim | |
| demeanor. His arrival at the White Mountain National forest was | |
| covered by many reporters. He said this to the press as he | |
| entered the church, guards in tow. "This is not an erosion of | |
| rights. This is an overstepping of the powers of a state. | |
| Noncompliance is unconstitutional, and all states are bound to | |
| the Supreme laws of this land, as set forth in the | |
| Constitution. Rebellion will not be tolerated, and secession | |
| will not be recognized. These insurrectionists will learn today | |
| that the NCSA will be united once more." | |

| "Mr. President, Welcome!" | |
| The former Vice President of the NCSA stuck out his hand to | |
| shake and show to reporters a peaceful meeting was about to | |
| happen. | |

| The President was stunned to see who was the rebel leader. So | |
| that was why Adam Grand had left. He shook his hand for the | |
| reporters, but then walked further inti the church, ordering | |
| that the doors be closed. | |
| "I might have known. You are a traitor. You will answer for | |
| treason, Grand. I trusted you. You were my right hand. But how | |
| the mighty have fallen. I will hear what you have to say, but | |
| speak quickly before I change my mind." | |

| Grand Walked along side his former leader with a smirk on his | |
| face. He knew the pictures of the President shaking his hand | |
| would be flooding the internet and news sites in matter of | |
| minuets. This hand shake in many ways shown the president | |
| accepting the new president and the UCA as somewhat of its own | |
| nation. | |
| " Traitor, not in the least Mr. President. For way too long | |
| nations have been restricted by the government and are fed up | |
| with it. We all have our own cultures and our own languages. We | |
| have beliefs that in many ways have nothing to do with our | |
| neighbors, but still you and many others have turned this less | |
| into a union of nations working together to better their | |
| citizens lives and more into a super nation where all citizens | |
| must live under a few men in suits. The UCA is a movement to | |
| allow the nations and their people live the lives they want and | |
| believe in. How can you sit here and honestly call me a traitor | |
| for fighting for rights?" | |

| The Secretary of Defense will be arriving shortly with some | |
| guards for him, and stresses that the meeting be postponed until | |
| everyone can get there. Furthermore, he requests that each side | |
| wait until the guards are ready. He will be arriving shortly, | |
| having been taken up by the issues with the war. | |

| Vladimir stopped and closed the sliding door behind him, locking | |
| it shut. He patted it twice, sending a metallic sound ringing | |
| through the door, and into the walls. He looked over at the | |
| others in the room and gave a big thumbs up, before tapping the | |
| side of his helmet. He waited a few moments then began to speak. | |
| "Comms check, everyone." | |
| He got a resounding line of call offs from everyone there, | |
| including the Black Rangers. That alone satisfied him. Once | |
| again he began to speak into his mic. This time, not to the men | |
| in the room, but the pilot. And Dawning. "Alright, Raptor. We're | |
| ready when you are." | |
| "Roger that, Falcon. Take off." Albert Dawning's voice said, and | |
| the room shuddered. There was a small window, and out of that | |
| window, Vladimir could see the other two Challengers take off | |
| from the fortress's airfield when they did. The engines roared | |
| as the planes took off vetically, before gearing towards level, | |
| normal flight as the engines swiveled on their wings. The three | |
| beasts roared as they shot into the sky, and Vladimir held on | |
| tight to the straps above him. He smiled, and looked at the | |
| Black Rangers, smiling. Then he had to get down to business. | |
| "Alright, boys. Listen up. This is an infiltration/assassination | |
| mission. You'll be split into two teams: Able and Baker. Black | |
| Rangers, you're Baker squadron. Your job is to stick with | |
| Dawning and the President when you get out. You're under cover | |
| as normal soldiers so keep that illusion as best you can. Use | |
| your comms to give us a detailed situation, but try not to speak | |
| into it. If possible. We'll use your cams as visual for Able | |
| Squadron. Remember, do not do anything unless you need to. | |
| You'll be up close and personal so keep contacts to a minimum." | |
| Vladimir said, and then turned to squadron. "Der Kriegsjger, | |
| we're Able. Long range combat. You probably guessed it when I | |
| made you wear the Ghille suits. You'll use the data from Baker | |
| to get a shot. You'll sneak in, shoot the tangos, and get out. | |
| Minimal contact. | |
| "Now the AO is here, at White Mountain. We've got forest and | |
| altitude on our side so we can swing in from behind the mountain | |
| and drop off Able. The target is the UCA president. Baker, | |
| identify the targets and we'll go from there. They will be | |
| meeting in a church, so remember that. Now there may be a few | |
| buildings around, but for the most part, Able will have a | |
| complete view. Understood?" Vladimir asked, looking around. | |

| "What rights?! Huh?! You tell me what rights. To defy the sacred | |
| government which all states ordained by giving it authority? | |
| No! I tell you I will not stand for the falling apart of this | |
| nation. Not complying with NeoConfederate law is a national | |
| offence. The Constitution states that laws made by the NCSA are | |
| the Supreme law of the land, and that even judges at the state | |
| level are bound by national law. Article VI, Section 8 to be | |
| precise. States give up the ability to fully decide for | |
| themselves what their laws will be when they become a part of | |
| this NeoConfederacy. It is absolute lunacy to believe in | |
| nullification when faced with the supreme laws of the land. You | |
| say you fight for rights, yet you eviscerate and shame the very | |
| document which gave your state the right and ability to exist. | |
| The people of the NCSA have different cultures, yes, and so do | |
| all the states. They are sovereign, but only to a certain point. | |
| The rights which you say you fight for are paramount to being an | |
| independent nation, which you are now attempting to make. If you | |
| would go and read the actual laws that have been passed, | |
| especially the one that established the CBI, you will see that | |
| common sense measures have been taken that hardly restrict | |
| nations save for a very few logical measures. The people of the | |
| NCSA can, under this government, live their lives as they | |
| please. I in fact believe that the laws have made the states | |
| stronger in the sense that criminals can now be caught | |
| nationwide, while states still have full rights to control their | |
| own borders. This isn't about controlling the people of the | |
| NCSA. This is about protecting them from those who would do them | |
| harm. If your states hate the law so much, then they ought to | |
| have challenged it in the Supreme Court before plunging the | |
| nation into civil war. With all said, in truth the UCA is a | |
| criminal, rebellious group of people who have little respect of | |
| the rule of law or understanding of the Constitution and its | |
| provisions. We are still a union of nations under the current | |
| laws. The laws actually acknowledge the sovereignty of the | |
| states to make their own laws within their own borders. But that | |
| sovereignty only goes so far, and it would seem that the UCA | |
| prefers anarchy to unity and order, with being no universal | |
| truths or standards to which states are held. That is what our | |
| laws are for, making us one nation yet still knowing our form of | |
| government and where it comes from. The citizens pf the NCSA | |
| have ever retained their freedom, and the current laws do not | |
| inhibit them from living as they please. Let us also look at | |
| treason. The definition of treason is outlined in the | |
| Constitution in Article V, Section 4. "Treason against the | |
| NeoConfederate States shall consist only in levying war against | |
| them, or in adhereing to their enemies, giving them aid and | |
| comfort." Colombia has levied war against us, and you give them | |
| aid and comfort, adhering to their wishes of secession. I shall | |
| not support or recognize the treasonus UCA or any of its wishes, | |
| for the NeoConfederate States of America shall never be divided, | |
| with God as our Vindicator! Sic Semper Tyrannis!" | |

| Grand starts clapping his hands. CLAP CLAP CLAP | |
| " You can take your T.V. face off Mr. President, no reporters in | |
| here my friend. As far as being a companion to anyone who as | |
| officially committed treason that would be false, under this | |
| nations laws. I have stuck up for a person in the form of saying | |
| they would not disappear, I have not signed a form or any sort | |
| or provided one cent or ounce of any sort of aid. So under your | |
| laws, I have done nothing but start a political party if you | |
| will. But a wave is coming, a wave that will change the face of | |
| this nation for the rest of history. This nations congress is at | |
| a stand still with a speaker who has not been seen in weeks. The | |
| new nations of this region are not given the fair chance you say | |
| they have, they are put off and used as pawns for the larger, | |
| more privileged states. A new member comes along, wants to join | |
| our region and host his nation in Canada, Mexico maybe? and his | |
| words are not even heard. Someone brings up and idea about | |
| following more of their own laws because it is their states | |
| beliefs, you send in enforcers to make them bow before you. This | |
| is not a democracy my friend, this is more of a silent takeover | |
| of all citizens rights. More nations will come and come and come | |
| and sooner or later the small will overtake the few who stand at | |
| the top and exploit the rest. Now we can move to some form or | |
| negotiations to prevent any type of military conflict. Yes you | |
| may have great generals and large amounts of troops and | |
| equipment, but any president who has the opportunity, even slim | |
| to prevent millions of his young men and women die for what two | |
| men sitting in a church disagree about seems like something a | |
| fool would do?" | |

| "That is because that we have defined borders, and Canada and | |
| Mexico are their own nations. The Constitution does allow for | |
| expansion, but that does not mean that it is mandated. Expanding | |
| inti those lands would mean war and losing the lives of | |
| millions. You call some states privileged, but all states have | |
| worked for what they have. All states start out small, but it is | |
| all about hard work. You, by your definition, may not have | |
| committed treason, at least not yet, but Colombia has. This IS a | |
| democracy, because all laws have been made by Congress with | |
| voting taking place. The UCA is but an unhappy minority who | |
| doesn't want to follow the laws passed by the majority of law | |
| abiding states. This isn't about someone following their own | |
| laws. It is about states following national law, the supreme law | |
| of the land. I have an offer. If you so believe in the powers of | |
| the states, then call a Constitutional Convention of the States | |
| as set forth in the Constitution Article VII, Section 1, and | |
| create an amendment allowing for nullification. It comes at the | |
| demand of three states, and you have what you need for this. You | |
| can get what you want without war." | |
