Adam Grand, the Vice President has urged the president to make |
|
his way in secret to Williamsport, Pa to have a last chance |
|
meeting to try and stop this mistake of a war from happening. He |
|
awaits his arrival. |

The President wants transparency, and wishes for negotiations to |
|
be held in the open, and at tge agreement of both sides. He |
|
wants the citizens of the NCSA to know how the course of history |
|
over the next few days. |

It would seem to me that meeting at a neutral location would be |
|
preferential for all parties involved than to meet within either |
|
Secessionist or Confederal territory. |

Albert Dawning will attend the meeting, as well as DEN, but he |
|
stresses that a land in the middle of the NCSA, in the white, be |
|
secured and used as a meeting place. |
