| Reichministerium, Elbethburg | |
| Whilst we would love to meet with the leaders of Appalachia in | |
| person, the SS Leibstandarte feels that the risk of air travel | |
| is too great, considering the circumstances and the proximity of | |
| Columbia, whose sovereign land is in range to strike with | |
| long-range anti-aircraft weapons, and will not permit it. | |
| Thus we must perforce resort to teleconference, telephone, or | |
| radio conference, regrettably impersonal as it may be. | |
| Auf unsere Ehre, | |

| *Above New Tudor* | |
| "Incoming Incoming!" Yelled the bomber commander and all the | |
| bombers let out heat flares to hopefully disguise the bombers | |
| and they divided in different directions. The F-13 escorts | |
| pounced on the enemy aircraft firing at it from several angles. | |
| As they fired two began to try to lock onto the target. | |
| *Naval Fleet* | |
| The cruise missiles flew in and crashed into the naval fleet. | |
| One destroyer was hit just below the deck and a fire erupted but | |
| no serious damage to it was done. But, another destroyer's | |
| engines were disabled temporarily and the crew furiously worked | |
| to get it started again and a small transport was hit and began | |
| to slowly sink as the crew bailed out. | |
| "Fire into the harbor boys! They are trapped like rats in a | |
| corner!!" Admiral Nelson yelled.(Admiral Nelson is the leader of | |
| ALL naval units across Sparta but chose to be commander of this | |
| mission) | |
| All Spartan guns turned on the enemy in the harbor firing | |
| viciously at the enemy aiming at water level or aiming to | |
| disable the ships. They fired cruise missiles quickly at the | |
| enemy and continued moving forward at top speed. Below the | |
| water, the submarines fired torpedoes at the enemy and reloaded | |
| and fired. The fire orchestrated by the Spartan fleet consisted | |
| of shells, torpedoes, and cruise missiles flying at the enemy | |
| fleet. | |
| *Aircraft Carrier Hawaii* | |
| 10 bombers took off armed with a mixture of loads. The 10 had | |
| GBU-43's and were followed by escorts that flew around the | |
| bombers heading towards the Air Force Base. 3 B-2 Spirits took | |
| off heading towards the West Phoenician capital at their maximum | |
| height. All of their comms were turned off and they were dead | |
| silent to maximize their stealth. 3 aircraft took off carrying a | |
| total of 250 paratroopers and these aircraft followed the | |
| bombers heading towards the base. | |
| *Spartan Soldiers* | |
| Shells erupted all around the Spartans as they ran towards the | |
| harbor. After a dash that seemed to take forever they got to the | |
| protection of buildings in the harbor. They had left 68 soldiers | |
| on that beach and they were looking for revenge. They began to | |
| spread out across the city in formation heading to converge on | |
| the enemy Army Base. | |
| Spartan Deaths: 68 soldiers | |
| Spartan Wounded: 32 soldiers. | |

| *In the skies over New Tudor City* | |
| It would be remembered as a sound of a million angry bees. | |
| The two Squadron of F -35 Lightning II jets kept formation while | |
| the 6th Squadron of F-22 Raptors broke formation veering off | |
| away from the air battle to the direction of the ocean. | |
| The F-35 Lighning's at the front of the pack suddenly begun | |
| firing off their 25 mm GAU-22/A 4-barrel Gatling guns at the | |
| enemy Bombers and F-22's in front of them. | |
| While those in the rear locked in on enemy F-22 and Bombers | |
| ready to fire off a surprise party of Sidewinder missiles. | |
| The sound of the 25mm GAU-22/ A 4-barrel Gatling gun bullets | |
| sounded like a West Phoenician New Year Eve fireworks showas | |
| they sprayed the area. Before swooping like pterodactyls. "Now" | |
| The Wing Commander hollered as they darted out of the way of the | |
| onslaught of Sidewinders. | |
| ----------- ------------ ------------- | |
| *West Phoenicia Waters* | |
| The already sinking hospital ship took another direct hit from a | |
| cruise missle. One of the Destroyers to the left fired off a | |
| cruise missle at one of the enemy fleet before it too was struck | |
| on the bow by a sailing torpedo..The blast causing the destoyers | |
| to screech as explosions erupted engulfing the sailors on board | |
| in a firey inferno. | |
| The onslaught of torpedos and cruise missiles was setting off a | |
| chain reaction as a corvette was hit trying to flee. The small | |
| fleet could not hang on much longer already three quarters | |
| their ships had been hit or were sinking. It had longed been | |
| debated that West Phoenicia close down some of their naval bases | |
| and merge into super bases. More ships in one area are better | |
| able to defend. But the notion was dismissed by spreading out | |
| the naval fleet into multiple fleets it lured an enemy into a | |
| false sense that they were dominating. But it was simply just | |
| like the ancient serpent Hydra. Chop off one of its heads and | |
| two grew back. | |
| --------------- -------------- -------------- | |
| "Targets are in sight. Time to send these Spartans back to the | |
| caves they crawled out of.." The Wing Commander of the F-22 | |
| Raptors bellowed. He flew ahead of the Squadron looking at the | |
| one sided fierce sea battle the fires and smoke from down below. | |
| He swooped down firing off a flurry of bullets at Spartan | |
| sailors abandoning a sinking enemy transport. | |
| "We are not called Angels of the skies for nothing he | |
| communicated to his Squadron. Drop your payloads boys and | |
| girls, let out bombs treacle down like manna from Heaven." He | |
| swarmed up into the air letting a bomb rain down on an enemy | |
| destroyer before zooming ahead ready to manourvere around to | |
| rejoin the welcoming party with a firework of bullets. | |
| Up ahead something caught his attention, his face turned a | |
| colour of ash was that more enemy on their way. He flew ahead | |
| hoping to be as a mosquito to them distract them as long as he | |
| could. He almost wet his pants from excitement. The fleet waved | |
| the flag of West Phoenicia, it was flapping in the wind. Help | |
| from The city-states of Lower West Phoenicia and Deception Bay. | |
| "Copy that" voices of fellow squadron members replied after a | |
| few minutes had passed.as each started to unleash their | |
| judgement. | |
| ----------- ------------ ------------ | |
| Rear Admiral Lynda Moniran had received her orders. She was | |
| still out at sea with a small fleet. All the naval excecises | |
| that she had excelled at would suddenly be put into action. She | |
| was in the area near Confederate Texas waters. Her first urge | |
| was to sail back to add additional support. But she was told it | |
| was not needed. The whole state of West Phoenicia was on full | |
| alart. Additional fleets had been called in from other | |
| city-states to attend to the enemy in the harbour at the | |
| city-state of New Tudor. She was told to wait patiently. Attack | |
| any fleeing Spartan ships as they attempted to sail home. | |
| She was not pleased. She was a Hawk, she wanted action. But | |
| she was also disciplined and would follow her direct orders. | |
| She only prayed that Spartans would cross her path. | |

| While His Excellency will not formally denounce Sparta, he has | |
| promised to see West Phoenicia have it's day in Court against | |
| the Spartan Government. While the deaths of the civilians were | |
| unnecessary, the Spartan Government presumably saw a perceived | |
| threat in West Phoenicia, and in light of this thought the | |
| President ponders how many other State's would have done the | |
| same. | |
| In Other News... | |
| Governor Preston is still held captive by the Turkducken | |
| Government, no attempts at rescue or negotiations have been made | |
| by the Columbian Confederates. It has been presumed that the | |
| system of government is primarily being run by a military | |
| oligarchy or simply has no interest in rescuing the elderly | |
| Statesman. | |

| Columbia is interested in his release and the release of | |
| Governor Preston was actually demanded in Congress. We wish that | |
| he is returned directly to Columbia to resume leadership in the | |
| UCA. We ask simply that he not be harmed, we wish to know what | |
| you want. | |

| His Excellency wants nothing more than the full unequivocal | |
| surrender of the Confederate State of Columbia, and an apology | |
| to the leaders of the NCSA. His Excellency has already assured | |
| the safety of the Governor and continues to honor it. | |

| In Secret | |
| "Well boys, we're goin in for um..." said the Joseph Wales, the | |
| leader of the Bounty Troops. The group of 12 men were drivin in | |
| a roughed up Columbian truck ready to rescue the Governor and | |
| assassinate the Turkducken President. "We should be arrivin' | |
| soon, prob'ley next mornin'. So get some rest, I'll take the | |
| wheel now Bridge. Oh and boys, even if I die, none of y'all can | |
| have my wife." | |
| "Oh, come on Wales!" shouted Mosby. "Betsy is a beauty." | |
| "Yeah, that's why you can't have er you ole dog." Wales joked. | |
