| St. Louis Motor Company Defense Division would like to offer our | |
| Boxer family of modular vehicles. These vehicles can literally | |
| be changed in the field with various modules that serve mission | |
| specific purposes. | |
| The base vehicle is independent of the modules, and modules can | |
| be interchanged within an hour. Each module incorporates a | |
| primary safety cell with a triple floor. | |
| The basic vehicle shell is composed of hard steel, and "modular | |
| armour" is sandwiched between it and the vehicle cell. The three | |
| elements are held together by fastening bolts. The modular | |
| armour, currently, is a specialized ceramic mix, but future | |
| versions of the armour can be easily fitted to the vehicle by | |
| slab replacement. The hull protects against top attack bomblets | |
| and anti-personnel mines, including suspended seats to improve | |
| crew protection from explosions below the vehicle. The vehicle | |
| is outfitted with advanced thermal, radar, and acoustic stealth | |
| technology. | |

| There are currently modules for | |
|
| |
| [li]Armoured personnel carrier[/li] | |
|
| |
| [li] 40mm automatic grenade launcher (Heckler & Koch GMG) or | |
| 12.7 mm heavy machine gun (M3M)[/li] | |
|
| |
| [li]120mm mortar carrier[/li] | |
| [li]Command Post[/li] | |
| [li]Ambulance[/li] | |
| [li]Battle damage repair[/li] | |
| [li]Logistics[/li] | |
| [li]155 mm Artillery Gun[/li] | |
|
| |
| We are currently developing an Infantry Fighting Vehicle Module | |
| with the following features | |
|
| |
| [li]Stabilized MK30-2/ABM automatic cannon (cal. 30 mm x 173) | |
| other weapons can be integrated as well[/li] | |
| [li]7.62mm MG3 coaxial machine gun and/or MAG, MG4 or other | |

| [li]Spike LR anti-tank guided missile[/li] | |
| [li]6-shot 76 mm grenade launcher[/li] | |
| [li]Elevation: -10 to +45[/li] | |

| For the Reich's formal submission for the anti-tank rocket | |
| requirement, we humbly offer the Panzerfaust III B: | |
| http://s1.postimg.org/8y02hljof/Ar_Weapons_Panzerfaust3.jpg | |
| Weight: 25 lbs unloaded (launch tube fixed); 34 lbs loaded with | |
| tandem shaped charge warhead | |
| Length: 3'11" | |
| Caliber: 60mm barrel; 110mm warhead diameter | |
| Muzzle velocity: 500 ft/s | |
| Maximum projectile velocity: 722 ft/s | |
| Action: Propellant charge ignited by primer and firing pin | |
| Feed: Manual | |
| Magazine: None | |
| Maximum firing range: 920m | |
| Effective range (accounting for accuracy): 600m | |
| Penetration: ~900mm RHA equivalent (most modern composite armor | |
| is rated ~800mm RHA equivalent -- at least on facings other than | |
| front) | |
| Effective rate of fire: 5 rounds/minute | |
| Features: Telescopic sight with thermal IR and night vision | |
| capability; computer-assisted targeting (tracking); tandem | |
| charge warheads detonate and neutralize explosive-reactive armor | |
| (ERA) before main charge impacts the target; can be fired in | |
| enclosed spaces due to minimal backblast -- booster propellant | |
| fires the rocket clear before rocket motor properly ignites, and | |
| tubes are designed to exploit recoilless counter-mass; | |
| disposable launch tubes good for up to five launches each. | |

| Can a 120 mm version of the Panzerfaust III B be made, with a 75 | |
| mm barrel? In addition, can it be made into a guided version as | |
| well? | |
| Also, for the modular carrier, can a module for the T-4's MBT | |
| turret be made as well? | |

| Engineers from Rheinmetall state that increasing the caliber and | |
| the size of the projectile would certainly be possible, and not | |
| difficult, except in the sense that the manufacturing equipment | |
| would need to be altered. However, this would of course increase | |
| the weight of the launch tube and ammunition both, which could | |
| make the weapon excessively cumbersome. Also, it is likely that | |
| range and accuracy could suffer. Of course, penetrative | |
| capability would increase. | |
| For a guidance system, such as wire-guidance, the design would | |
| need to be fundamentally altered, and the result would likely be | |
| vastly less portable, even if an individual could technically | |
| carry it -- it likely would have to be fired when set up on a | |
| tripod as well. Tests of passive guidance systems, such as IR | |
| guidance, have been disappointing in the case of anti-armor | |
| weapons -- targets on the ground are not acquired with near the | |
| ease of aircraft, and enemy armor not running engines (e.g. | |
| lying in ambush) is often not acquired by passive systems at | |
| all. | |

| The idea of a 120 mm version that is guided is so that it may be | |
| used as a guided missile for a tank cannon, or for a jeep. | |
| However, as an unguided weapon, it is fine. As for the launcher, | |
| what other weapons does it fire? | |

| Enduranca offers the Heeler Orion as a transport (able to carry | |
| ten via cabin, bed, and gunner configuration) 12.7mm gun | |
| housing, Kevlar padding in addition to light steel. | |
| Also offered are several hundred M16A1 assault rifles, as well | |
| as the M72 LAW launcher, and cruise missiles able to be fired | |
| from aircraft, launcher, ship or submarine. | |

| I assume you are looking for something in this vein, perhaps as | |
| a wheeled tank destroyer. However, I've googled over and over | |
| and can't find a T-4 main battle tank. I'm assuming it's of | |
| Russian/USSR origin? | |

| The main alternative is the "bunkerfaust" round, which is larger | |
| (though not in diameter), and carries more explosive, but lacks | |
| the penetration of the standard panzerfaust round against steel | |
| and composite armor. It is however good and punching holes | |
| through thick, softer material like concrete. It also has a | |
| secondary, fragmenting explosive on a short delay, following the | |
| detonation of the main charge, in order to kill occupants of a | |
| fortified position or building. | |
| A thermobaric warhead could certainly be developed, but would | |
| serve about the same purpose as the bunkerfaust warhead, and | |
| would be less precise in the manner in which it, well, destroyed | |
| things. | |
| Oh and the assisted, computerized targeting system is the | |
| Reich's equivalent of a Dynarange sight ( | |
| http://www.dn-defence.com/dynarange.html | |
| http://www.dn-defence.com/dynarange.html | |
| ) which is not | |
| technically "guidance" -- well, it could be called laser | |
| guidance -- but has a similar result. | |
