My people were weary from jammed freeways and lack of natural |
|
resources. They spied an empty land to our north and decided to |
|
cross the frontier on foot, on mopeds, in Hummers and pickups. |
|
They moved unopposed, except for the occasional rabid chipmunk |
|
which was promptly shot and fed to the hunting dogs. As the sun |
|
rose they planted their banner proudly on Lookout Mountain in |
|
the northwestern corner of the territory and claimed this wild |
|
new land of shopping malls and suburban sprawl for United |
|
Confederacy of Liberty with the promise of freedom and justice |
|
for all....except the rabid chipmunks. |
