What would be unfair would be for you to start with your whole
old claim when everyone else had to start over again because the
old map was unavailable. Let alone the following
Article II Citizenship and Inactivity
Section 1: No person shall be considered a citizen of the region
who's State does not reside
within the NeoConfederate States of America, or has not filed
for statehood and been
accepted.
Section 2: Any State who has achieved statehood who leaves the
NeoConfederate States of
America for more than forty eight (48) hours without approval or
consent of the Confederal
Government, or who ceases to exist for more than forty eight
(48) hours, shall forfeit their
statehood and all rights and privileges that ensues including
their land claim.
Section 3: A State shall be declared inactive, and subject to
the penalties thereof, if, without
giving prior notice of absence, they shall not have posted on
the forum at least once in seven
(7) days� time. Inactivity shall be classified as �Unseemly
Behavior� for the purpose of removal
from Congress.
Section 4: If any state shall not have posted on the forum for
thirty (30) days, or for sixty (60)
days after having given a notice of extended absence, that state
shall be considered to have
ceased to exist and shall be subject to the penalties thereof.
So the only people who should be complaining as far as I'm
concerned are Carolina Alliance and Jalin because they actually
stuck this whole mess out. You gave up hope 64 days ago and
moved to The Great American Union, then 53 days ago you moved to
The Royal Alliance and the same day you moved to World Alliance.

There was no forum it went inactive. And it went until now til
it was restored.
No I believe CA went elsewhere. Which is no concern of mine as
their choice. And where I went is no concern so little creepy
you stalked where I been. :(
I'm quite happy to start with the new amount and claim the rest
back the following 5 days. And I never intend to go passed that
even know its a right we all have. I wish to just go back to
Florida. That is where all my hard work went. And I have
messaged Jalin in asking so.
I opened up alot of unique rp that were not just the usual war
rp. And will do so again. But I am not going to waste my time
that I do have when I'm free to start over in any other area but
Florida.

I claim Florida.
According to Constitution 7 days inactive without notice. Jalin
has not posted since the 14th of May.
He is classed as inactive. So I wish his land claim of Florida
