Ready-to-eat meals delivered? (Medical News Today review of Sple
ndid Spoon)

According to Medical News Today (October 28, 2020) Splendid
Spoon offers prepared meals delivered to your home. Though this
looks a lot like advertising, Medical News Today claims that
their article is based on research, and they are recommending
Splendid Spoon. I haven't tried it and probably won't but I'm
always on the lookout for ways of eating well without having to
do a lot of cooking, and this looks like a good possibility for
those who can afford it. Its meals are vegan and/or gluten-free,
and the nutrition information is available on the Website.

Follow-up to this:
I've prowled around on the Splendid Spoon Website and even
exchanged messages with them.
Every item is described as containing 2 servings.
The breakfast items seem to be entirely smoothies.
The protein content of most of the items is quite low.
The meal plans offered don't seem to have much leeway. You can't
order just dinners, so far as I can figure out.
And I found out that the food is "frozen/cold" when it arrives.
Except for the smoothies, which have an expiration date, the
food can be stored for 1-3 months in the freezer or refrigerated
for a week.
