What's so special about Albanian sks's?

What so special about Albanian SKS's? Not many imported or not
many made? Also heard that they are different than other SKS's?
Can somebody explain? Any factory marking that would indicate
Albanian that I should look for?
All input appreciated!

Not nearly as many made. The only different I'm aware of is the
charging handle. It's like a normal chargin handle versus the
hollow round bolt of the rest of the SKS charging handles.

Not nearly as many made and even fewer were imported. The
charginf handle mimics the AK, the handguard is longer for the
entire gas tube, and the magazine is shaped a bit differently.
They're typically is well worn good condition. I had one, nice
rifle, like any other SKS it just has a novelty about it due to
the numbers manuf/imported.

A friend of mine is a SERIOUS Albanian sks collector. He has one
of every year except one I believe. Plus an undated one. Not
sure what set him down that path.

I believe many of them were destroyed, too. You can find
production data on the years they were made. There is a year
where there are only a few hundred left, '68 maybe?
