Smokiest tires?
By: Cavi Mike Date: September 7, 2014, 1:17 pm

One of the kids at Streets of Detroit in a 240 had tires that
were clearly way different than everyone else's but I never
thought to ask what they were. They sounded different - almost
like slicks - and the smoke was f*cking retarded that came off
these things. I want some.

Black 240, slammed, I remember it being pretty quiet, think it
was SR powered. I'll go try to find it on YouTube.

I'm not finding it. I'm thinking he only ran on Sunday and
wasn't in competition.

I think I know who you're talking about. Was it the one with the
dark gold wheels? He wrecked pretty hard in practice on Saturday
and didn't get it driving right until mid day Sunday.

Nah, he had some polished fat lip wheels. We was prolly just
running some R-compounds or something. It's not that big of a
deal, I just thought someone might know.

Are you sure the car was black? there was that lsx powered car
that was like a dark dark red actually. He was one of the
Canadians from NVauto. He drove Saturday too until he wrecked. I
can't remember another black car that only drove on Sunday.

Nah, I know who you're talking about. This car was definitely
black and it was very quiet - probably a street car - and almost
positive was SR powered by the sound of it. I'll look around on
YouTube some more.

even remember anymore.
