What is suppose to be where this pvc elbow is? It was like this
when i got it...

I completely forgot about this, sorry. The idle air control
valve goes there. I have no idea how your car isn't idling at 5k
with that wide open like that.

Considering this thing costs over $300 new from the dealer, you
might want to just get a used one from eBay.

OR, if you're handy, just make a restrictor plate with about a
3/16" hole in it. If the idle ends up too low, make the hole
bigger.

Cool cool. Once the temp gets real cold over winter, you may
find you'll have to give the car some throttle to keep it
running until the engine warms up. Same with using the AC. But
it's definitely cheaper than a new valve.

Oh im not dailying it, might fix a couple things and sell it, or
more likely, drift it for a while, and swap the motor when it
blows up...
