Towny question

Just wondering is there a way to have 2 mayors in a town???
I am wondering because its annoying to have to be mayor to claim
outposts when both me and Darwin want to claim an outpost but
he's now mayor so I can't :(
Secondly Is it possible to like fuse towns together???

having an assistant is as close as you can get to 2 mayors. I'm
pretty sure there's no command to fuse towns together

The only way to merge a town together is to unclaim 1 town. If
you unclaim a town all the signs all the doors and everything
that protects something will fall down and also when you unclaim
a town as you already know all the members will be kicked
