|
MODEL:MCGATE will not connect vie ethernet |

Hi, |
|
Hope someone can assist me, I have had MCSENS x 5 and an MCGATE |
|
x 1 monitoring temperatures in my factory since start of 2019. |
|
In June 2020 I noticed I could no longer see the 5 x MCSENS |
|
reporting data back. |
|
I went to phhysically inspect and found the MCGATE`s connection |
|
light was flashing and should be solid. |
|
I removed MCGATE & MCSENS from locations and deregistered and |
|
re-registered all devices. When the MCGATE was powered up and |
|
plugged in to ethernet port it continues to have a flashing |
|
connection light. I no longer know what course of action to |
|
take, and I hope someone can help as it is summer here in |
|
Australia and it is crucial I monitor temps in my factory for |
|
heat stress, without this system I am non-compliant to |
|
Australian work laws, PLEASE HELP!! |
