Any advice? You can see it's the latest firmware. Basically it's |
|
impossible to set up the MQTT details as per the video tutorial. |

Hi bdevlin, |

The reason is that your gateway is not fully up-to-date. Notice |
|
that your GWVersion is at 0.6-354. It should be at 0.6-363. |
|
To update your gateway, you can check out the quick start guide |
|

|
The mc-Gateway requires you to update the Host module (using |
|
mc-OTA and the mc-Dongle) but also requires you to update the |
|
application processor using the file on a USB stick. |
|
Until you update the application processor using a USB, you will |
|
not be able to modify the gateway config settings. |

Thanks, I did the USB update yesterday but I guess it didn't |
|
take. I reformatted my USB stick and reflashed this morning |
|
after you pointing out the FW revision was older. Now it works! |
|
I'll try the MQTT tutorial today or later tomorrow. Sorry to |
|
waste every one's time, but I thought everything was updated |
|
correctly. |
