Found eggs

My son alerted me to eggs on my carport yesterday(my ckns are
all in the back yard)
I found a clutch of 12 eggs in a flower pot. I think I know who
the sneaky hen is.They were definitely from the same hen.
All eggs were good, according to the water test. eggcept 2 were
slightly off the bottom of the bowl.
Since I had put them in water, I then refrigerated them and
boiled and ate those 2.
We'll see if she returns and says"WHERE'S MY NEST??

[/quote]No, of course not. I think it was Penny, a Turkin. There
have been no more eggs in that spot.

Every time I take the hidden Eggs, they go somewhere else and
hide them. I know they are just sitting under one of my Azaleas
and laughing while I search!

Yep, they will move to a different spot. Right now, I have a
leghorn laying her egg in the doggie igloo on the porch. Of
course, it is up 19 steps on the back porch but at least it is
easy for me to see. I tried to reprogram her (4 days locked in
the run until I got home from work) but she still ran up the
steps and laid her egg. The other girls weren't real happy
having to be cooped up. So, I decided to let he lay there so I
would at least know where to look!
