I have a question/idea to ask of you. If I was to run a 6w led
bulb on this circuit using a 9v rechargeable, how long would it
last? or hook up more to increase lighting duration? My
question comes from an idea ive been bouncing around in my head
to eliminate my normal home lighting with a few of these units
mounted to the walls around the house. Maybe even at some point
hook up rc switches to them for remote lighting.
Feasible/efficient? or Pipedream? I also have planned to
eventually hookup a cycle generator to charge the batteries
along with wind and solar supply.

I was considering the same but each single bulb unit uses eg :
0.3 amps If you had one unit mounted and feeding a power strip
it can power 6 bulbs for a lot less power. You just need
extension cords. And you only have to buy parts for one. I put
one "master unit " in my shed and it drives 4 "slave bulbs ".
I like it.

Yes, I agree with CG. Running one bulb per circuit isn't as
efficient as running multiple bulbs off one circuit. I
recommend building one or two good circuits and buying some
speaker wire or two strand wire, some bulb sockets and mounting
them where you need them. Simple bulb sockets with a pull
string are not expensive. You could probably hide the wire
under carpet or use very small wire and string it along the
ceiling join.
My kids have nice plug in desk lamp fixtures we just plug into
the circuit and turn on when we want.
