Is anyone interested in fitness?
How do you keep yourself fit or healthy?
I just found out that Souna 4 or 5 times a week for thirty
minutes is good for your brain health.
So I started going to the gym more often for the Souna.

They say walking is an excellent and safe workout.
I have a tendency to eat too much. I enjoy food too much.
Since I got to the gym, I do all kinds of work out.
Stretching, lifting, Jacob's ladder, Stairmaster, jogging.
They have a Zumba class and I take that too. It is so much fun.
;D
They have 5k run or walk once in a while too. I take that too.

Ya. Quality of living. Getting around independently. Not having
to suffer much physically. Not being a burden to others
unnecessarily. Passing on in sleep.

Thats ideal.
It seems that too many people rely on the medication to stay
alive. We spend our time going back and forth to doctor visits.
I don't think that is a better living.
In the old days, they did not live long but did not suffer as
much as nowadays.

I broke my back about ten years ago and excruciated pain. I
could not sit for over 5 minutes and had to stand up or lie
down.
I tried everything for a quick fix. but nothing worked. So I
gave up and took physical therapy. It takes about 40 minutes.
I diligently continued. After about 6 months or so I noticed
that I do not need pain killer anymore.
Now I can do anything. No more back pain whatsoever.
I have been doing this faithfully ever since.
I don't recommend anyone for a shot for back problems.
It will not do much for a long time cure but harm.

[/quote]Many of my exercises are for my back. It took a while
to get my back problems to go away after I spent so much time
gardening and threw it out of whack. I've had very little
trouble after that; so since I'm still gardening, I still do the
exercises.
