About: |

This tool it's an editor for Resident Evil 2[PC] ADT files, it |
|
can open directly an ADT that it support, after it can export it |
|
to PSX TIM which can be then easily edited in Photoshop or some |
|
other editor that support PSX TIM's and import it back and |
|
compress it :) |
|
if you're using Photoshop you will need Tim_Plugin |
|
