I have tried edit this model with process 'export *obj / edit
OBJ on ArtOfIlusion / replace OBJ' but the returns was negative.
The tool shows this message: "0.082 is not valid float point
value".
I'll try with other edit OBJ tools.
==========
Editing with Blender occur the same message.
I think I lost something in process.

Hi, i wonder if there is a way to exctract enemy file of PSX
version?
And about the tool, its seems that the one for RE1 support PSX, i
tried to modified chris to wesker, the game crashed, so i just
modified the texture to give wesker's texture to chris, and even
this made the game crashes, any idea about this?
I know everything works well on PC but im playing only on
PSP/PSX, so i wanted to know :)
ps: another question, do you know if PC pld files and PSX pld
are the same ? or is there some differences?

U need that BIOFAT Tool for extracting the files.
And if u want to replace a skin PLD / EMD File on Resident Evil
on PSX Version u need to rebuild the iso before u can play it
with the modified stuff, for that u need the RE Rebuilder Tool.

thx for the fast answer
another question: i have biofat, but its seems there is no
option for extracting the monsters from the psx files?
i suppose for PC version, its like re1 where enemies are
directly extracted with their individual EMD files, but i dont
find them on PSX , so i suppose they are located with many other
enemies data in the stage folder?
the monster that interest me is the nemesis, i know someone made
a mod for having him playable, but its for RE2 and PC version, i
want him for RE3 and PSX version, if the 3D model is the same
whatever the version and platform, then i can skip this and
directly use the nemesis that the author of the RE2 nemesis mod,
for RE3 (actually i already tried this and it result in a crash,
but now your talking about a tool that rebuild the iso thats
maybe the reason)
to summarize i have two different way:
-trying to port the already extracted nemesis model of
darkspyda's mod, but for the RE3 PSX (if the file are
compatible)
-export the nemesis model myself from my RE3 iso
EDIT:ok i tested the rebuilder and its works, but there is a
thing i dont understand, in the description the author says that
the tool allow to insert any file what ever the size, but i cant
insert bigger files, is there another step that i missed or its
impossible?

Ur welcome buddy ;)
The Monster aka Enemies are the EMD Files, they are located in
the BIN FIles in the Stage Folders. In the past I''ve asked Leo
about those Files and how I can extract them. For now I have no
clue how I've extracted them because I couldn't use BIOFAT in
WIn7. Which BIOFAT Version do you use?
About the Nemesis Porting - Why don't you ask Darkspyda? I
really think he can help you with the Nemesis porting :)
About the Rebuilder - I can't help you because it doesn't work
on WIN 7, maybe you can ask MarkGrass on the Horror is alive
Forum - he is the writer of the tool you know?!

These tools are really awsome
i managed to have nemesis playable on PSX, so i can confirm that
the 3D MODELs must be the same, since i couldnt extract nemesis
from the PSX i exctracted him from the PC version, then i open
jill(PSX) with this tool, i add her nemesis 3d model and
textures, now its works
But i have a last issue, the animations are weird, the RE2
version of the tool allow to modify the skeleton, but its seems
i cant do this with the RE3MV? this is the very last step for me
to success this after hours of trying, so is there a way to
modify the animations other than RE3MV? or maybe Leo will create
a new version with the animations customizable like the RE1 and
RE2 tools?
Since i cant play on PC , having nemesis playable on PSX/PSP
will be awesome for me, i really hope i could get rid of this
last problem
EDIT: i did it with another way, i just inserted the nemesis
parts one by one in Jill model with RE3MV, and the animations
works perfectly, everything works exept one thing.. i have huge
pixels coming out from certains parts, i noticed thats it come
from the torso and the begining of the legs, any ideas about
this? here is a screen

Leo, do you think in the near future you can update RE3MV to
support animations export as well?

Actually yes, there's a thought about updating RE3MV but I can't
really say anything about animations support cause I don't know
anything about them, beside that many models are special and use
vertex transformation(something like a bones, Ada's model in RE2
use that with her skirt) in their animations and to my knowledge
that thing haven't been cracked yet not in RE2 nor in RE3...
