|
For him to have absolute comprehension, We showed Abraham the |
|
angelic structure of the skies and the land/wideness in this |
|
way. |

عَلَيْهِ |

اللَّيْلُ |

رَأَى |
|
كَوْكَبًا |

قَالَ |

هَذَا |

رَبِّي |

أَفَلَ |
|
قَالَ لا |
|
أُحِبُّ |
|
الآفِلِين& |
|

|
When the night covered him, he saw a (shining) planet/wondering |
|
star and said: "This is my Lord" and when it faded away, he |
|
said: "I do not love the ones who disappear." |

الْقَمَرَ |
|
بَازِغًا |
|
قَالَ |
|
هَذَا |
|
رَبِّي |
|
فَلَمَّا |

أَفَلَ |

لَئِن |

لَّمْ |
|
يَهْدِنِي |
|
رَبِّي |
|
لأكُونَنّ& |
|

|
مِنَ |
|
الْقَوْمِ |
|
الضَّالِّ& |
|
#1610;نَ[/font] |
|
When he sees the moon rising, he said: "This is my Lord". And |
|
when it faded away, he said: "Unless my Lord shows me the right |
|
path/hidayat, I will certainly be like those people who go |
|
astray/fall into darkness." |

رَأَى |

الشَّمْسَ |
|
بَازِغَةً |
|
قَالَ |
|
هَذَا |
|
رَبِّي |
|
هَذَآ |

أَكْبَرُ |

فَلَمَّا |

أَفَلَتْ |
|
قَالَ يَا |
|
قَوْمِ |
|
إِنِّي |
|
بَرِيءٌ |
|
مِّمَّا |
|
تُشْرِكُو& |
|

|
When he sees the sun rising, he said : "This is my Lord, This is |
|
bigger". When it (also) faded away, he said that: "O my |
|
community ! I am certainly away from those things which you see |
|
as partners. |

وَجْهِيَ |

لِلَّذِي |
|
فَطَرَ |

السَّمَاو& |

وَمَا |

أَنَاْ |
|
مِنَ |
|
الْمُشْرِ& |
|

|
Surely, I turned my face/perception towards the creator of the |
|
skies and the land as a han�f (clean/without having shirk and |
|
trusting oneness of Allah) and I am not like those who sees |
|
partners/who practices idolatry or polytheism." |

Abraham was not a jew or a nazarene. But he was a han�f |

muslim/who sustained peace and submitted to Allah alone; and he |
|
was not one of the idolaters/polytheists. |

وَلَكِنَّ |

أَكْثَرَ |
|
النَّاسِ |
|
لَا |
|
يَعْلَمُو& |
|

|
As a han�f, lift up your face/perception to the upright |
|
religion/system which is created upon humans by Allah as |
|
fıtrat:realm of existence/entity of forms/nature and |
|
cosmos. There is no change in the creation of Allah/Nothing can |
|
take the place of Allah's creation. That is the |
|
reliable/continuous religion. But most of the people do not know |
|
this. |
