disconnection issues |

Hello all |
|
Well I went out bought me a new computer mainly to play 7dtd. |
|
My computer ranks in the top 11% of gaming computers on pc |
|
benchmark yet I am constantly getting disconnected before I even |
|
get the game loaded or just a few minutes after joining on one |
|
instance it said I was EAC kicked I at first thought it might be |
|
my antivirus (Avast) so I turned it off and ran the validation |
|
tool tried several more times I'm still getting disconnected |
|
every time within a few minutes every time booted back to main |
|
menu. |
|
Can someone please point me in a direction to try to fix this |
|
issue |

have you tried uninstall then reinstall. Also there is a eac |
|
repair service. least there used to be i am at work but i will |
|
look into it tonight. |

I am uninstalling now I will update you after reinstall. |
|

|
1st attempt after reinstall failed EAC invalid files. going to |
|
run validation tool. |
|
1st attempt after validating files was able to get into game for |
|
17 min then was disconnected to main menu. |
|
I have 1 stick of 8G ram I believe it may have something to do |
|
with that I do plan to upgrade to 16G ram when I can afford it |
|
also the stick I have is an off brand so I will most likely just |
|
wait till I can afford new 16G ram and junk the old 8G. |
|
If anyone has any other thoughts or ideas please let me know I |
|
will try anything. |

what kind or ram if i have it i will mail it to you...i have |
|
rebuilt some of my computers and kept the old ram |

I will take it out and see what type it is I tried to just put |
|
my old ram in but it didn't have the same set as what I need for |
|
new computer. |
|
I'm not sure if this is relevant but I have noticed that my |
|
crashes mostly happen when I am opening my backpack or to a |
|
lesser extent when looting a container random containers not any |
|
one specific type. |

Try turning some graphics down especially blurr. I am far from a |
|
expert just been playing computer games for awhile. |

8GB of ram might be on the low end of things for this game, |
|
seeing that my OS at any given time consumes 2-4GB and 7DTD |
|
seems to consume around 8GB of ram while loading into a server. |
|
So if your issue still persists you may have to upgrade to at |
|
least 12GB or 16GB of ram. |
