Seeing The World : Chapter Three - Going Back Home.
By: Overlordnim Date: August 9, 2013, 2:58 am
---------------------------------------------------------
It was night fall, and the three would be coming to the Dark
Wald wall, once again Tenish and Bear found them selves faced
with it, though they didn't get through the forest of Ursidea
without making a stop or two, or rather not making a big
commotion, every creature in the place was excited seeing Bear,
many of the bear's were running around the open land of the ursa
planes happily, letting out a song of roars.
For Zaxus, this was a new challenge, getting back in.. As they
approached, she looked up toward the wall, never did she realize
how big it really was, and to think for years she had no idea
what was on the other side.. She looked over at Tenish a moment,
and offered a tilt of her head, "So... How are we to get
inside?" she murmured, "I've never had to worry about getting in
before.. And we're on the opposite side of the stone gate..."
she eyed Tenish a bit for a moment, mmhmmmm.. Before looking
back toward the wall.

Tenish would stop, pursing his lips a moment as he thinks. He
peers over to Bear, "Use your feather, we'll meet directly on
the other side." He states quickly before crouchingo down,
scooping Zaxus up under her knees and back, just in case she
freaked out and decided to change in mid-air. He at least
believed he could still carry her a bit if she did that. His
wings spread wide before he shot off into the sky, with Zaxus in
his arms, which had remarkably almost healed completely. They
still shone with the smoothness of cleaned scabbing but
otherwise were beginning to look fine again, except for a few
places with obvious scabbing on his arms and shoulders. And
forgetting his coat in the port town, he was currently forced to
go shirtless, until someone reminded him he could wear a shirt
at least.

"Got it." She mumbles softly, kind of just happily walking along
for a few moments as she listens to the bears and birds sing.
She loved the sound, unable to hide her smile now, even if her
time here would only be for a short while. The Golden Bird had
kept his word and kept watch over her forest, she was so very
pleased, everything was beaming with life, even the new
generation of young bears! She watches Tenish and Zaxus take
off, nodding. Even seeing the Black wall of the Wald made her
smile, just knowing Sister Raven was over there.
Slowly though, Bear would shake her head, reaching into a pocket
of her new cloths. Which... merely consisted of a pair of rolled
up pants and a rather long jacket that reached down to past her
knees. All of her wounds would have healed by now, not even a
scar to mar her rune-etched skin. The wood that had been trapped
beneath her skin was eventually degraded down by her magic and
absorbed to help heal her, she had slept nearly the entire time
they were on the ship! She mumbles something as she pulls out
what appears to be her last golden feather. Though, she lightly
quirks a white brow, sliding her finger across it... as four
more appear. "Thank you..." She murmurs to the air as she
shoves all but one of the feathers into the jacket pocket.
Without much else to do, she takes the remaining feather and
tucks it into her hair, behind her right ear. With another step,
she is off in the air, floating freely as she starts to rather
swiftly make her way up the wall of the Wald. There was no time
to waste.

Zaxus's eyes went wide as she was swooped off her feet, it is
true, a woman in a time always imagines the man she may desire
or enjoy the company of sweep her away! BUT THIS IS NOT WHAT
THEY MEANT! Zaxus wrapped her arms around Tenish's shoulders,
and started to let out a whine of panic, she wasn't one for
flying.. jumping?! sure, falling! hell yeah... But Flying? It
wasn't in a wolf's agenda.
"OH BY THE TITANS, TENISH! PUT ME DOWN." by now they were
probably already up a distance, and as she spied down, her face
went as pale as she could go. "NEVERMIND! DON'T DROP ME!" she
whined, hugging him tightly, curling up in his arms a bit, oh
gods, something Zaxus was finally afraid of. There weren't many
things that got her spooked, but.. this new experience could do
it. After a minute, she took in a few deep breath's trying to
calm herself, and hold on tightly.

Tenish snorts as he rose, rocketting through the air at a
breakneck pace, up through the dark layer of clouds that from
experience led over the Wald. It truly had been a while since he
had gotten to spread his wings, normally he walked anywhere
anymore, being as Zaxus has been a land based traveller, and
well, admitting Bear could fly for whatever reason she never
flew very fast. He mutters as his wings beat against the air,
"If I put you dow, you'd fall, don't think you want that. trust
me will you?"

Zaxus huffed, "Tenish, i don't trust anyone more then you... But
uh... im not use to this is all!" she murmured up to him,
letting out a bit of a growl, opening her eyes, "And geese..
Could you slow down a bit....? What if something big were in
these clouds.. like a giant bird... Remember the giant birds
Tenish?" she went on rambling now, but quickly went quiet, as
her gaze went off else where.. They were getting closer to home.
Her home.. She often wondered how the village did without her,
she wondered if she should just go back home and stay.. But
Tenish, and Bear, often pulled her else where.. Her mind and
body, she was compiled to follow Tenish, she had been ever since
she first met him, and no doubt, she'd follow him further...
Though, her mind wondered to the fact, was she, and he, in some
unspoken pack? Where he played leader, and she followed like a
simple pup, these thoughts both irritated and interested her.
Tenish was strong enough to be a leader, and... Wait.. Why was
that attractive?...
Zaxus sat there in silence as she thought of all this, the last
thought trailing off into an awkward self silence.. "..."

Tenish shook his head, "I'm faster than the giant birds." He
suddenly spins in the air, just to freak her out a bit more,
before spreading his wings as they shot past the clouds, braking
for a moment so that he could slow down.

Zaxus growled a bit as he spun around in the air, her grip
becoming like freaking iron on his shoulders, like phuck she was
letting go now!.. she closed her eyes again as the burst through
another level of clouds, "Eh.. Tenish..?" she murmured, some
what in question of him.

Tenish would blink, "Yes, I did that on purpose, sorry." He
responds in his normal, dull tone of voice. "If that wasn't it,
what?" He would now be flying a little slower, over the clouds,
starting his descent on the other side of the wall.

Zaxus tilted her head a bit, peering down into the dense clouds
of the Wald, that so nicely blocked out the sun, some were
parting now though, to let moonlight within it's form, something
all creatures enjoyed, it was a full moon after all. "Uh..
Well.. I've never asked before, but uh.. What do you think of me
as a female?" she murmured a bit lowly. yep..
Somewhere back down at the base of the wall, Aura would be
barking at the already gone Bear, because.. clearly we all
forgot about her in a derp way! But anywho.. She huffed a bit,
looking around, before seeing a crack in the wall, most likely
the same one her big brother took when they first arrived, she
started to make her way inside, climbing over rocks and things,
she would probably meet the three on the other side.. She was a
hound now, getting a bit bigger then what could still be
considered a pup now days, soon she'd be to big to even try and
lift! When they were making their way through the ursa hills, no
one noticed.. But she tried to tackle a bear.. It worked out
better then she thought it would.
