Comments, Feedback, Etc..
By: Thurl Date: July 1, 2014, 9:50 pm

I figured it would be easier to have a separate thread for this
rather than search for pods in pages and pages of posts.
To start this I have a request that is more like an order from
the webmaster. On the youtube posts, please put a disclaimer
that this is based on a web came and not affliated with the
actual HCW Wrestling promotion. There is an indy using the name
somewhere, and I don't to be sued by them. Also, put a link to
this site, who knows, you may draw some members..

Good idea.
Any feedback on the content itself boss?
And also, our Skype recording service is a free trial. The trial
is unlimited, but the limit is 5 minutes a clip and a maximum
storage of 2 hours (No issue, as I just save the sound files
elsewhere.) Also, upgrading for $25 US Dollars (Don't know what
it is in ) apparently improves quality.
But, for free, it's bearable. Unless anyone has any other
software they know have, looks like that's the go to software.
If anyone knows of any software for free that sounds better,
please let me and Chris know.

Like everyone else said, its soo damned long, lol. Other than
that and the sharp squeaks and feed back noises that made the
second hard to listen to it was alright. I am sure that's a
practice makes perfect thing though. One of you had a loud
background too.
Also, I thought Chris K sounded like Quagmire from family guy.
lol.

The length is my fault. I ramble.
Can't really help it.
Sadface.

A while back I was one of the founders of The Lords of Football
podcast over on lop and we found that we had pretty solid audio
quality on Skype. We just did a call on Skype and recorded it,
it didn't cost anything. Do y'all video skype I notice that
brings quality down a bit. We didn't use the video feature just
the call feature. Once we finished, we edited it then posted it.
But we all got busy to continue. As far as this podcast goes I
like it but it's too long, I mean we covered a whole week of
football games and ours maybe an hour and a half tops(after
editing out rambling off topic parts of course) other than that
I like it. Wouldn't mind being a guest one day in future if
y'all do guest bookings lol

Yeah...the next one, we'll be covering just Fusion and
Collision...that'll likely be Thursdayish if Chris is around,
I'll go for the half an hour.
As for guests, you're welcome too. Not against having guests the
odd time, just not all the time as that in itself is a length
factor.
You can be a guest Judge, no sweat. But the first guest spot
(Hopefully the 5th podcast if I can get him) is reserved to the
first endorser of the podcast. Sean.

Is listening ok rather than watching? As far as I am concerned,
it's good

The third one is up, check it in the podcast thread. Might want
to do some editing in the Podcast thread where I'll do a fresh
post per podcast, or whatever.
Anyway, your thoughts?
Not talked with Chris yet but maybe in the podcast after next we
can look at having a guest on the podcast.
How can the podcast thread itself work too?
Thanks.
