The Limerick Game

The first place that I regularly hung out on a forum with
sections and threads like this had a number of games to be
played in the threads. So... I figured I'd start at least one of
them up here and see if peeps want to play. Starting with The
Limerick Game. If you hate group projects, you might want to
stay far away. One person posts an opening line for a limerick,
the next person posts another line, and so on until the limerick
is finished. Whoever finishes gets to start the next one.
Limerick structure for those who need it:
Lines 1, 2, and 5 must rhyme, and should have 7 syllables (you
can squeeze an extra in if it can be elided)
Lines 3 & 4 must rhyme, and should have 5 syllables (again, you
can squeeze an extra in...
So a7a7 b5b5 a7
And starting off...
So for example:
Me: There once was a mod named Lab
Someone else: Who had quite the gift of gab
Someone else: He started each day
Someone else: With a bit of word play
Okay, enough example, somebody finish this sucker off and start
a new one!
