Abiding Dude, Barry Svrugla said this in his first live chat for
the WaPo today:
[Quote] The situations for Justin Fields in Chicago and Trey
Lance in San Francisco where there are veterans that take a
lot of the work, and the rookies are being used sparingly to
start might be more conducive to both success and health.

And so the Justin Fields era begins in Chicago. Any thoughts,
Bears fans?

I like him. Lots to learn still, that interception was worthy of
our box of rocks here, but I still think he'll learn more by
playing than watching.
It's a win.

"How the Ravens Gutsy 4th-Down Call Paid Off: Clinging to a
36-35 lead over Kansas City in the final minute of Sunday
nights game, Baltimore had to choose: Go for it on 4th-and-1
from its 43-yard line or punt the ball back to Patrick Mahomes."
I think more teams should go for it more often.

I wanted to watch that game so badly, but Mr. Q, having put up
with me yelling at the screen for three games already, put his
foot down.
I did record it but it's just not the same when you already know
the ending.
Mac Jones got his first win, woohoo! I mean, it was against the
Jets, but still.

I only yell at the t.v. during Packers games. And I usually
control the remote. My husband goes to his "music cave" when he
gets tired of watching football.

I don't really yell *at* the TV so much, but I am definitely a
loud sports watcher. My kids joke that me and my friend who
lives about a half mile away should just leave our windows open
instead of texting each other during the games.

Ah. I tend not to yell much while watching sports, unless I'm
actually in a stadium (which I won't be anytime soon).

This will come as a shock:
In person I am loud. Or, as I prefer to call it, enthusiastic.
