Reality Show Junkie V2023

it, but Survivor is back!
It's taken me this long to watch the premiere....
Um. lol @ Carolyn... hon, if you can't figure this part out, I'm
not sure you're going to last long in this game...
Carson... oh boy. He's going to be adopted or out quickly.
Claire - happy to see that she's looking at this from the
reversed perspective. For a moment there I thought she was going
to come at it from the ego perspective, but nope, went the other
way.
Why does everyone's name start with C so far? hmmmm
Jaime. Okay - it's a break from the C's! But, well... we've seen
her personality/kind of person before. She doesn't long. I'm
betting out before the merge.
Yam Yam - he is definitely here for the experiences. He'll
either be fun to watch or grate on my last nerve quickly.
Josh... That's a mindset I know. I hope it serves him well here.
Frannie... I like her already. I hope she stays fun like that.
Bruce... um. Okay, didn't get much from that clip.
Clearly doing a deep dive into the dynamics of what Survivor is
and how it works....
Yam Yam, kind of fun.
Matthew... live in the moment, like that.
I see they've gone with the 3 way tribe set up again this time

They are clearly introducing some new elements or twists on
previous elements this season. I like it.
Alright, the price for failure isn't unendurable imo
Ah... someone's thinking bigger strategy immediately.
Matthew - good thinking about setting that impression to begin
with.
Brandon - it's easy now. I don't know why, after ALLLL these
season of Survivor, you would possibly think that they would
assign a task that was going to be so easily conquered. Don't be
overconfident.

I did! And then I forgot to post.
It's too soon for me to remember names, but I do remember that I
loved the Tribal Council. :) Some surprised me, but it worked
out perfectly.

Carson - smart smart guy. He may need less than I thought.
omg. Carolyn. Carolyn was clearly chosen for color and will be
going home EARLY.
Yam Yam... also chosen for color, but I think may survive
longer... He's at least funny. lol.
Helen & Carson - working well together as a team, feeding off
each other.
Except that Carson is um, displaying some arrogance that's going
to wear on me quickly.

Oh, ya THINK, Brandon?
Kane. Interesting. Super practical. Seems to be a caretaker kind
of a guy, will serve him well.
And... they made it... with less than inches to spare. lol. I
think that will serve Matthew well, and he and Brandon are
definitely bonded at a beginner level over it. Hmmmm... almost
makes you wonder if part of the goal was to get a couple of pair
bonds going.

I'm starting to kind of love Yam Yam. I think he's going to be
entertaining and not grating. He clearly knows how to pull it
back in when he needs to.
Carson really really prepped for this. I think it may be a life
change for him well beyond the game.
Um. No, Heidi. You volunteered and they stood back and let you
do it. Please don't get that twisted.
Matt and Frannie seem to be headed for a showmance.
Oh noes. I was concerned that wasn't the end of that.
Wow... clearly a big impact in a short time. Not sure the
catastrophizing is necessary here... but interesting
nonetheless.
