I'm fairly certain it tracks when user was last logged on |
|
(irrespective of whether or not they actually posted or |
|
responded), but will defer to Our Awesome Admin |
|

As mentioned, it's logged on. |
|
If you want to see their posts to check for when the last one |
|
was, that is easily done. |
