I'm a photoshop guy, so if I ever whip anything up that's
useable by all, I'll post it in here, or post your own
favourites or what you've made etc....
I'll start us off with:

Some great work there. Hope you don't mind but I'm going to use
the car one on my iPad.
My photoshop days ended a few years ago cos I always felt a
little bit behind what everyone else was creating and very
rarely came up with a style of my own. Enjoyed it whilst I did
it though.

Some brilliant photographs in there mac. That's one hobby I'd
love to get into, just can't afford a decent camera.

You can pick up a decent camera pretty cheap these days Baz and
with digital you don`t need to worry about the cost of buying
film all the time.

Awesome work there DT ;D
Do you know of any similar software to Photoshop, that's free?
Started getting into photography myself, though I don't have a
SLR or anything like that at the moment. Using a 12mp Casio
Exilim, which has come up with some quite good results, imo.
Also do a lot of photography on Forza 3, but I don't think that
counts :D

Gimp is probably the best feeware altenative to photoshop,
however there`s a bit of a learning curve:

If it`s just simple retouching photofiltre is a very simple
progamme to use:

There are loads of free progs out there.

Sumo paints is a good one as well. Almost an exact replica of
PhotoShop, with just the odd features missing.

Failing that, there's the usual channels that can be taken to
get hold of PhotoShop for free ;)

Got Gimp 2.0, but like you mentioned DT, it's a bit of learning
curve. Not the easiest software to work out. Or may be I just
haven't got the patience to work it out :D
I'll give that Sumo a try Baz, cheers mate. Would try and get
hold of Photoshop by using those channels, if I wasn't so
protective of my laptop. May be if I had a Mac, then I would
Lol.
