New Year Resolutions 2011

Anyone got any? If so get them down here and at the end of the
year you can let us know how you`ve done cause I`m going to try
remember to post on this thread nearer the end of the year to
revive it.
Mine is to stop smoking.

Good luck with stopping smoking. I stopped 2 years ago and it's
probably the best thing I've done.
As for new years resolution, I haven't made one. There's nothing
I want to change that is possible. Least this way I can't break
it in a week!

stop smoking also tho i lasted 4 hours then had a wee faggy ,
normally smoke about 20 to 25 a day only had 4 the day so not
so bad. il keep bashing away with these chocolates and biccys
and anything else thats for eating .
another one is less playing on the ps3 and the 360 and spend
more time with the kids limit myself to 4 or 5 hours a day from
what i normally was .
drink less :D

mine is to quit smoking. I had 3 cigs in the last 3 days (none
today) and thanks to my illness, the though of smoking is making
me feel sick.
Just need to make sure when im better that the need for a smoke
doesnt come back.

Right, so far we got Marc, Phit and me trying to quit the fags.
If we get any more I`ll start a quit smoking thread and if you
want you can keep us updated on how it`s going with any tips you
got. Let`s chuck this bad habit guys and spend the cash on
someting else.
Who else is wants to stop smoking and who else got a new years
resolution. We all must have somthing we`d like to stop doing so
get your resolution down here.

I will be happy if i only smoke 10 fags the day gonna be hard
with alcohol in the system and no fags to smoke plus us v them
the day .

Same as last year which i failed miserably at to drink less and
lose weight.
2010 saw me drinking more and getting more rotund :(
39 this year and really want to get back down to my fighting
weight for the Summer hols.

Ask me on Tuesday ;D I`m going with the patches and went and
signed up for a sorta course thing and I wasn`t to stop right
away but had to do stop smoking plan first so Monday is my
offical stop day Baz.
