1. What do you expect to do in/add to the study group?
I've been a practicing witch for over 20 years. I have no idea
what I can add specifically.
2. What do you expect of the group?
I don't know yet.
3. What do you expect of others in the group?
Once again, I don't know.
4. What kind of activities and assignments do you expect?
I wasn't aware there would be assignments.
5. Do you expect the group to have a leader or to be completely
democratic?
I think that whoever owns the board has the final say. A
democratic process is nice.
6. What are your strengths when it comes to working with a
group?
I have no idea. I'm a solitary practitioner.
7. What are your weaknesses when it comes to working with a
group?
I have no idea. I'm a solitary practitioner.
8. What are your strengths when it comes to witchcraft?
Divination, spell casting, Spirit work
9. What are your weaknesses when it comes to witchcraft?
Teaching it to my kid.
10. How much time would you want to spend and expect others to
spend to the group?
As a brand new member who has not looked around yet - I have no
idea.
11. We have a personal diary subforum for every member. How and
for what purpose would you use it?
I wouldn't. I don't personally write public diaries.
12. What do you expect to learn from others' personal diaries?
More about them than they think they're actually writing.
13. How do you expect to be able to contact other members?
Most forums have a pm system.
14. Are you a pagan?
Yes.
15. Do you work with any deities?
Yes.
16. Do you celebrate any festivals?
Usually - but nothing big.

What witch doesn't?

That there is a time and place for everything.

real name, online names for witchcraft communities and if you
use a special name in your pagan/witchcraft path.
My craft and forum name is RoseRed. I use this across all the
forums I am a member of. I'm just me. I don't change who I am
based upon the forum I'm participating in.
20. What is your sex/gender and what pronouns would you like us
to use?
Female. She and/or her are fine.

41
22. Can we contact you through e-mail and skype?
I'm kind of a Luddite. I've only ever Skyped once and I don't
remember how I did it. Email's fine.
23. How long have you been practicing witchcraft?
I've been practicing different aspects of the Craft for my
entire life. My early years were spent being trained to control
my natural gifts. My teenage years were spent studying
psyonics, astrology, numerology, crystal, etc, most of the
related areas. I began spell casting in my early 20s.
24. Could you tell us some things about your path as a witch?
For example you started as a Catholic, then became an initiated
Gardnerian and later let go of any religious ideas to just
practice witchcraft.
I was raised Byzantine Catholic. I left the Catholic Church
when I was old enough to think for myself. It took a while to
lose the baggage of being raised Catholic. I'm a solitary
practitioner from a family trad. My path has been a winding
one.
25. Where are you from? Please be as specific as possible.
Country/state/province/city
Born and raised in NJ (go Jersey girls!), spent a decade WAY
OUT in the country (don't belong there) and am in the process of
moving once again.
26. How did you find us?
I was invited.
27. Is there anything else important for us to know?
I enjoy being a member of various forums. I enjoy the
conversation and community that is to be found in some of them.
28. Could you provide us with a picture or a link to a facebook
account?
Could I? Yes. Will I? No. Part of my family tradition is to
not speak of these things with ungifted relatives (so much for
facebook). Considering what can be done with just a picture -
no.

I had no idea how long to expect to begin with so - not a
biggie.
