Sivert Guttorm Bakken - Norwegian Biathlete - Dead at 27 |

SUMMARY - Sivert Guttorm Bakken, a Norwegian biathlete, passed |
|
away suddenly at the age of 27. He was found in a hotel room in |
|
the town of Lavaze, Italy, where he was attending a training |
|
camp. Foul play is not suspected at this time. He had been |
|
previously diagnosed with myocarditis in 2022 but had since |
|
recovered and resumed training. He was expected to compete in |
|
the upcoming Winter Olympics. |
