| SUMMARY - A study by the Montpellier Cancer Research Institute | |
| in the country of France has documented a possible cause for why | |
| some people experience Long Covid while others do not. | |
| Researchers noticed that the bodies of Long Covid patients | |
| interact with neutrophils (a type of white blood cell) and | |
| microclots differently than with people who develop Covid-19 but | |
| then recover completely. The discovery may lead to new treatment | |
| strategies. | |
